you're a post whore, in my own thread! I feel like you're stalking me...

What is that sensor on the backside of the air can, can I delete it?

Flip that strut bar around 180 and you can bolt your washer fluid reservoir back to the strut tower.

Pop that little rubber plug out. Run a bolt up from underneath and secure it with a nut on top.

Sent Paul some money to get the last of the parts I need for my spare engine, timing gears, cams, misc. hardware, timing covers, etc.. also ordered some revised lifters and shiny valve cover bolts. Can you tell it's pay day. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hsugh.gif

After a lot of arguing over the phone and sending before I accident photos to the insurance company PLUS having an estimate done by my insurance they have decided to send me more money. :] fuckers, I hate dealing with insurance.

alright so today I got my intercooler installed finally. Fitment is not perfect, I think I am gonna have to go back in there and do some work to make it fit better. Biggest problem is it pushes down the lower part of the bumper a lot. I still feel like I need to get a smaller one to make it all fit better. I can't push it upwards because it sits underneath the trimmed crash beam.

I left the slats in for now. It also is slightly crooked and off center. It was lined up a bit better, but it moved due to install of the bumper. There was definitely some pick up of power though which is nice, but I need to figure out options for better fitment. Opinions?

Thanks? It does look stupid. I spent all day working on fitment but nothing changes the fact of how low it sits. I guess the previous owner didn't give a sh*t. I can trim the piping length to raise those up but with my current core it is forced to sit super low.

I'll probably take the bumper off again tomorrow and work on it more.

I must say I do love the PNW for fishing, skiing, riding, which I'd really like to do if I could. I plan a trip up there soon, I'd love to catch a Sturgeon! Sorry to abruptly change the subject. Back on topic, I/C needs moar work.

Yup gonna buy a different core. Looking at this or similar. Input welcome! This is the same width as current intercooler, same size outlets but not as tall.
