OK, I just talked to our manufacturer and the first hood should be done within 12 days. We had some complications with the mold for the vent but got them solved. I apologize for not posting here. Jeremy usually sends me an email and I respond right away.

There is no excuses for delays, but mistakes that have to be fixed. We've delivered every single project to the dsm community and unfortunately none of those projects met our strict deadlines. In order to make people happy we have to make sure that every piece fits and has the same quality. I learned over time that we cannot rush making the mold or making the actual part.

You are correct. Once the first hood actually comes out we will have exact price. He adds up man hours and materials and charges us based on that.

You have to purchase them at the same time. Our manufacturer gives us a discount on quantity and if he has to make two for the same customer we get $50 off, but to be generous we give the customer $100 off.
