Car Starts but Stalls Immediately after Built Engine Install

Is this for a 91-92 GVR4? you shouldn't have a CPS, just a CAS.

Just realized that as I was re-reading it. Yes...just testing the CAS.

Replace the IAC with the newer black ones. The brown ones were commonly defective. Either that or the TPS (throttlebody positioning sensor)
