I would be checking the sump bolts where they bolt to the oil pump to make sure they are the correct length - I bet one of them is too long and was the cause of the timing belt groove.

You are correct, I forgot to update that. I changed the belt last week. One sump bolt was 2mm too long, a 10mm instead of an 8mm. It makes all the world of difference.

The gun started to goop up so I stopped at two coats for now. I think three will do.

Believe it or not I'm using Duplicolor Paint shop paints. The stuff works really nice, it's all pre thinned and ready to shoot.

My dad and I installed a new compressor, new condenser, all new o-rings. Converted it to r134a and charged it up. Blows nice and cold now.

Oh yeah, I figured that out. New T-belt and shorter bolts.
