Just making sure..was there coolant in the ISC chamber when you replaced it?
It would sure suck to fry another ECU because your FAIV o-ring was bad. When the o-ring fails, coolant leaks into the ISC chamber. This is what shorts out the ISC. It just happened to me, and seems to happen to somebody on here every few weeks..
