Tell me about the stock oil filter and cooler location

I changed over to air cooled because the stock hard line was so rusted that you could barely keep that section of hose on it, and it broke in a way that made it really jagged and whenever you could actually get the hose to stay on, it got punctured.

 

I live in phoenix where it is 115 for three months during the summer, and my oil turns to water. Oil viscosity is only measured at 100 degrees. =)
