Sealant on exhaust manifold studs?

I'm replacing my exhaust manifold studs. Do any of them go into an oil/coolant passage in the head and require sealant?

The bottom middle stud needs to be RTV'd. The others are fine without.

 

Dummy says what? Never heard of this.
Why just that stud?
