Questions on this 14b Turbo

is the turbo suppose to be like this has a few line cracks but nothing serious I dont know doesn't seem right

All 14bs and most 16gs have cracks in the wastegate hole and hot side. its normal on used turbos. Some try and port out as much as possible.

ok thats cool thought I would ask didn't look right at first would think it would be smooth and flush
