Inner Bearing MB290175 
Oil Seal MB393807

Looks like just the inner bearing. Maybe a 4 bolt 3 bolt thing?

Probably a part number supercession. Some of the MB numbers have MT equivalents which are generic Koyo bearing equivalents.
