When you actuate the clutch pedal, are you getting any moment at the clutch fork now?

Also, you shoud read through this thread , and make sure you are bleading accordingly...

I can relate to you frustration, and assure you we have all been there. Stay patient, and you will get it worked out.

might sound silly, but do you have a brand new pivot ball and clutch fork in there? the fork and ball might be worn out if its old. also did you think about gravity bleeding the system. its how i do mine and i do it by my self all the time and it works great.

^^+1 Have a friend help you and see what is going on at the slave when the clutch pedal is being pressed.
