head cover gasket?

hw do i put these ev half moon gaskets in? is there any certain way you put these in?

Make sure that the sealing surfaces of the head and valve cover have been cleaned of any/all old gasket material & RTV.
Reapply RTV as needed. The half moon can be installed any way it fits, with care taken to get the flat surface as parallel to the head as possible.
