Appreciate this...so the issue is with the position of the "black box" and it's relation to the wrench head? Any measurement between that wrench head and the black box? I am sure you have it together by now though.

yes, the position of the black box is the key. if it is bent up to high the black floater will reach the top of the gas tank before the floater arm is completely extended. and if anyone just happens to have a bad/broken sender like myself, JNZ offers this. click i will be calling today to place my order..
