I can take a few more pictures. New tranmission. Adjusting the shift linkage but its fully functional and car does run rough. Hoping its the coolant temp sensors!

Did you get the wiring figured out and do all 5 gears work now

 

Bump from the dead. Thought my roommate had interest in it but he bought a Harley. Car is still around. Trans works fine after it was replaced from what i can tell. If anybody still wants pictures i took some.
