Well everyone good news, boost controllers are ready to start shipping out. I'm still finishing up the brackets that would have been done today is all sorts of crazy shizz didn't keep happening.
Man what a day, so messed up I feel like telling everyone because it was like a freaking episode of Rediculousness. Ok, I had a minor fender bender last September in the Cook Out (fast food place here in NC)parking lot. The cars that were in line for the drive through are right behind the parking spots and there was a drive through line out the damn parking lot. Yeah and sure enough I was last in line. So the people that are parked start trying to back out and they are almost backing into the people in line for the drive through so everyone starts reversing and moving around. I look at my wife and say lets get the hell out of here before we get into an accident. I look back and no one is there behind us. I look forward and put the Blazer in reverse and back up like 2 inches as I'm turning to look back and pow I hit something. We were like WTF was that!!!??? I couldn't see the car at all on my side because he came into the parking lot from the right sort of uphill. Anyway the cops show up and get the report, we exchange info and go on our way. The next day the kids father calls me (the kid was like 19 and already banged up his moms car in the WalMart parking lot a few months earlier) and his father is telling me that its going to cost about $1500 to fix their car and how did I want to pay for it. I was like whoooo there buddy, your kid pulled in and I was backing up and we hit. This kid never blew the horn until AFTER we hit and we were both moving. The cop even said it was a no fault accident and since it happened in a private parking lot "PVL" or something like that no one was going to get cited for it. I told the guy better he turns it into his insurance and let them sort it out. It's getting better, the kid calls the police station two days later and changes his story from he was pulling into the parking lot and we hit each other to he was PARKED in the lot and I backed up and hit him!!! I have both reports. After that phone call I contacted my insurance company (Farm Bureau) and told them what was going on. They basically said that until a claim is flied don't worry about it. Up until yesterday I heard nothing about this accident when I got two letters in the mail, one for me and one for my wife since it was her car and I was driving. The letters were from a collection agency called AFNI which from what I found on the internet is a hack collection agency. Ok, now why after a year is a collection agency sending me a collection notice on behalf of this kids insurance company (State Farm)??? Here is what it says :

There is also a second sheet that pretty much asked for all my insurance info plus address and phone number. YEAH OK I'm gonna be sending that right in to them. I mean the claim number was right on the first page, I called State Farm gave them the number and they had all my info right there.
So anyway what these fools are saying above is that they never got my insurance information and think I was driving uninsured. Now why would they think that?? I call State Farm and inquire about this incident and the woman is somewhat hesitant to answer my questions about this AFNI company. She looks up the accident claim number and says something about Progressive insurance. I told her I don't have progressive I have Farm Bureau. She keeps looking and finds my actual insurance information so I question her WHY was it not used to submit the claim to my insurance company? She has no answer but says that a claim will be filed now that they have my ins info which basically they had all along. I was like why wasn't I contacted sooner because its now over a year since this happened. No answer to that one either. I mean the kids father had all my info because he called me. I pressed the issue about the collection agency again and sure enough State Farm WILL set the dogs on you if they have to pay out a claim and your uninsured. This AFNI company is about the scum of the earth as far as collection agencies go. Here's a little amusement while your relaxing at your computer :

So here I am today calling the police station trying to get copies of the police reports again because I can't find the ones I printed out last year, then calling these insurance companies trying to explain whats going on from an accident that happened over a year ago. Bottom line is that AFNI can actually turn that BS into the credit reporting agencies and screw up my credit over something like this. I'm really glad I researched that AFNI company before calling and f bombing them out because then they would have had my number. I read they harass the hell out of you once they get your number. Anyway for those of you out there that may or may not be driving with or without insurance this is whats on the horizon if you have an accident and a claim gets filed against you.
