From what I can see, those mount the same way as the Cusco bars. So unless you wanna drill a fourth hole into the brand new mounting base of that front bar to accommodate the strut mounting bolt closest to the firewall in order to flip the bar around, it will interfere with the washer fluid reservoir.

That said, they look like nice bars. I've been tempted to grab a pair from the Japan Yahoo auctions.

If you want to use the mounting tabs you have to make a few slices in to the dash so they grab. Or you could cut off the tabs and just use heavy duty double sided sticky tape to install it. Or an adhesive.
