Please keep this on topic. If the seller says that the first person with cash in hand gets the car then that's the end of it. If someone is worried about not getting there "first" then why not offer to send him a non-refundable deposit via paypal?

Title is Rebuilt Salvage. The car passed carfax when I bought it. It was apparently totaled years before, but the insurance company at the time failed to properly list it. I found out awhile after I bought it by class action lawsuit letter in the mail. The title shows a lien but the lien has been paid off (release documents pending).

I never had any accidents in the car while I was driving it.
