I've had this same issue you described for years now. I've replaced so many things including the engine. Used 2 different engine management system including dsmlink v3 and aem v2. Except mine wasn't a new build, it stalled and hasn't really started and ran normally for about 5 years now. The only thing I haven't replaced is the map sensor, you got me thinking. It shows vacuum during logs though.
