Can anyone identify this turbo? **pics inside**

Hey all, I am having trouble figuring out what turbo this is. It says Precision on the exhaust housing and a/r .60 on the other.

Looks like it might be an old frank 3

It's most likely a PTE 60 trim. You'd have to measure the comp. wheel to be sure. Could also be a PTE SCM61. I had one of those a couple years back. Loved it!
