BCS restriction help. (it's missing o.O)

luckily i know how to weld haha. i can just chop it off and weld on a new flange. or just not worry about it till i upgrade to a FMIC and change the pipes all together.

i still would like to get the boost above 10psi :/ doesnt seem thats going to be possible till i get a MBC.
