1051 upgradezzz v.jdmrearbumper

it looks fine, it's one of those small things that keeps 1051 looking fresh and new. Where as painting over the muffler and/or tips is more towards maintaining the sleeper look /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devil.gif.
