Hi i've been looking at importing a gen 6 gvr4 and have a few questions for owners.
1st: If I do get this car it'll be my daily driver all year round so I need it to be reliable and I've pretty much only heard good thing about the 4g63 on that level but still want to know maybe the experience of owners on this forum regarding reliability.
2nd: I'd like to push more power out of this engine but keeps it reliability and my bhp goal would probably 300-350 or high 200s (enough to run 0-60s in high 4s or low 5s basically), is that a realistic goal? and what would I need to do to achieve it?
3rd: Since I live in the Montreal area we have quite a bit of snow during the winter and I'm worried about rust. So according to what you know or your experiences is the gen 6 gvr4 a car that has rust issues?
4th: I know they are in very small quantities in north america so there most likely isn't a gvr4 specialized shop near me but I was wondering if you need to get some work done on it can you take it to a DSM or EVO specialist and he'll feel comfortable? Since these cars also have 4g63s.
That's all I have for questions and thanks already to the people who'll take the time to help me out!
