Quoting benjamin:

brake rotor ....

Hi Benjamin, question for you.

Were those rotors sanded with an appropriate grit sandpaper as a final pass after the cutters were used?

Reason I ask, is because the rotor needs to achieve a non-directional surface finish and holding sandpaper to it and making an up and down oscillating motion with appropriate speed, will achieve this.
If they don't get finished this way, the surface the cutters left, will pull the pads outward as they pass over, resulting in a click or clunk noise/shudder. I only ask if these rotors are for permanent road use, or if they are temporary.

Love the build regardless, so keep those photos coming along!
