I recently put a right one on my left side, the places they bolted to the subframe were different but I just basically made one work and it works perfectly fine now, they were the same lengths etc.

Thanks for the feedback. I figured they had to be the same distance, but didn't know what would be different about them. I was looking at aftermarket parts, but couldn't tell if they were a right or left side (online stores just said e-brake cable), but noticed that they had different part numbers.

I just ended up getting a Mitsu part online. It was less then I thought it would be. I'll be sure to lube the cable by the caliper on the other side and hope it doesn't snap too.
