is the oil filter housing for non turbo or turbo?

Both oil filter housings are off of turbo cars. The water cooled oil cooler came off a 92 VR4.

Prices lowered. Sold items updated. The prices on many of the items that are left are mostly the cost of shipping so I can't move much in individual items. I am, however, willing to give discounts on multiple items.
