can exaust leek cause turbo issues

Well boostedinaz was cool enough to try and fix my leak at the exaust mani with some help but too many things broken or busted from prev. Owner ... one broken stud and 2 heli coils latter and still has leak at boost. Not as bad as befor ... also still having issue with car just has little power like its getting flooded under boost ... will do boost test this week some time. Wish me luck people
