big problem please help!

my car started pouring smoke out from under the hood today and started to overheat i got home and there was very little oil and coolent. there was no smoke out the exhaust. i am thinking a head gasket but unsure need advise because its my dd

what kind of advice are you wanting? time for a rebuild?

If you lost that much oil and water, it's a significant problem. Now if you were already low on oil, and you blew a radiator hose (both unrelated), then you could get lots of smoke, and it's an easy fix. Find where the smoke came from.
 

thank you so much i wasnt even thinking straight it turned out to be a blown heater core hose THANK YOU!!!!!!! end of this thread

this happened to me over the weekend...seems like the heater core hose is one of those things to watch on Galants, one of the cheapest fixes ever though...$1.39~!
