have you tried any of the online mitsu dealer sites to see if they are still available?

It's pretty easy to make your own from the factory bits. I did when I was running a jdm fmic

Do you care if the bov flange has been drill for a greddy bov ???

I'm pretty sure i have one of these, but i'll have to double check. I believe i have a complete set of factory interfooler plumbing, including BOV that's never been removed from the pipe.
