WTB: Little plastic clips that hold on roof rails

Just as the title says, the plastic clips on my car are weathered and brittle and have begun to break. Last time through the car wash the driers blew my roof rails right off the car. I'm looking to replace all the little clips. Thanks

I also may be interested in buying new parking brake cables if someone has a set in good shape for cheap. If not, it's ok, Rockauto sells them for $25 each.
