WTB: intercooler kit

In looking to buy a intercooler kit, the won't need to cut bumper ,bumper support or to remove fog lamps,

Stock usdm bumper uncut

You'll be hard pressed to find a FMIC that doesn't require the bumper support to be cut. It will be impossibly to find a "kit" that doesn't require it. Anything you do will have to be custom.

Will a JDM Galant VR-4 intercooler work?

Maybe , I trim the bumper support just the middle lower part, still have the upper section where the bumper bolts to it
