these are the same as the msd units as well, all the same specs, basically the same item with different stickers on them. you are better off running a msd or twin fire with stock wires and coils. cop's have been known to cause a lot of problems.

MSD boxes lick balls if anything look up on ebay how many bad boxes are for sale. If you want a box buy a M&W, HKS or a Dynatec Arc2 or what ever it is.


Problems with COP's are usually from hack job specials that have been butt spliced together. Done correctly they work and work well. I've built probably 30+ and the last one I built went to Nelson's VR4 if they didn't work 431 wouldn't be known as the fastest one in the world.

msd boxes and other ignition boxes will always work better if mounted in the car. under the hood they are known to go bad. they will see too much heat, water, etc. cop's are definately not needed and are a waste of money. alot of people buy them because they think they look cool, and it is actually a downgrade from your stock coils. get yourself a good set of plug wires and a msd box and you will have no spark issues up to 800 hp.
