WTB: 14b Turbo

I need a decent 14b turbo for my DSP build. For the right turbo, I'm willing to spend $125 shipped if everything below is satisfied, anything less will depend on condition of turbo.

Must have:

-6cm housing
-No cracks
-No wheel damage on hot/cold sides
-No porting

Nice to have:

-Functioning wastegate actuator
-Decent bearings/minimal shaft play
