Wiring up JDM headlights

I have a question about the wiring for JDM headlights. The USDM cars have 2 wires going to each bulb. On the JDM lights, one of the bulbs is a 3 wire plug. Can someone tell me how to wire this plug into the car? Are 2 wires power and one ground, or 2 ground one power??? Anyone done a wiring job for a set of JDM lights on a USDM car?

Here is the JDM 3 wire plug. Only one of the 2 bulbs contained in the JDM housing is a 3 wire plug.



Here in the USDM plug. Both Bulbs on the USDM car are 2 wire plugs.
