Can we do 15x8 +25 offset on our cars?

They will stick out some. Normally with an 8" wide wheel you have to run between +38 and + 45 offset to keep the wheels within the fender.

You can fit. You will need negative camber and stretch the tire alittle. I am running 17 8.0 25 offset. What wheels are you looking at?
