No, tensioner, or could be the power steering pump or the alternator.

ok, makes sense. I'm guessing it's the power steering pump low on fluid. seal kit will be here Saturday.

I think you made my heart skip a beat btw.

After further inspecting with a stethoscope, I found it to be the ac tensioner bearing. $3.50 and 25 minuets later, Oh so quiet!
