Walbro fuel pump

Sorry if its been asked alot, i treid to search and came up with some answers, but not exactly what im looking for, My question is, if i want a drop in walbro 255 fuel pump, i need to use one for a 2g awd dsm right?

I have kind of been wondering the same thing between buying a 1g or 2g walbro. seems to be either way this will need to be done click

I went 2g 190lph with 1g install kit. I went with 190 so I dont have to buy a aftermarket fpr, and my power goals arent so high.
