i was looking for some the torque specs and did not find all of them in one place..
So i made a list of i found all over the place...
if i am missing any pm me i will add or if any one is wrong..

Turbo 4g63 2.0L DOHC

Balance Shaft sprocket nut 31 to 35 ft./lbs
Camshaft bearing cap bolts 14 to 15 ft./lbs
Valve cover to Cylinder head bolts 36 in/lbs
Valve cover center bolts 24 to 36 in/lbs
Intake manifold nuts - 22 to 30 ft./lbs
Intake manifold bolts 132 to 168 in/lbs
Cylinder head bolts 65 to 72 ft./lbs
ARP Cylinder head stud nuts are 80ft-lbs with moly lubs
ARP Cylinder head stud nuts are 120 ft-lbs with motor oil
cam caps are 14ft-lbs,
Downpipe to exhaust manifold bolts/nuts 29 ft./lbs
Exhaust Manifold nuts - 18 to 22 ft./lbs
Exhaust manifold heat sheild bolts 108 to 132 in/lbs
Front Case bolts - 14 to 16 ft./lbs
O2 to downpipe bolts/nuts 43 ft./lbs
Oil pump driven gear bolt - 25 to 29 ft./lbs
Oil pump sprocket nut - 36 to 43 ft./lbs
Oil jet bolt - 22 to 25 ft./lbs
Tiiming belt cover bolts 84 to 108 in/lbs
Timing belt tensioner mounting bolts 14 to 20 ft./lbs
Timing belt tensioner pulley bolt/nut 31 to 40 ft./lbs
Connecting rod cap nuts 36 ft./lbs.
Pressure plate torque = 11-16 ft-lbs
Flywheel tourque = 94-101 ft-lbs
Both front/rear turbo coolant bolts (2) 25-36lbs
Fuel rail bolts (3) 7-9lbs
CAS nuts (2) - 11-16lbs
Throttle body bolts (4) - 11-16lbs
Manifold -> Turbo bolts (4) 40-47lbs
o2 housing bolts (why not ) 40-47lbs
