Robert really hooked me up on a logger set-up earlier this year.
I pulled the logger out yesterday to help a local with some idle hoppage, and it dawned on me that I never left him a goodguy post.
His communication is excellent, the palm was in perfect condition, and all the cabling was top notch.
He provided tracking numbers instantly, and packed the contents very well.
When there was a minor snafu, he stepped up big time and priority shipped another package with the palm software, on his own dime.
I was travelling a lot at the time, and really appreciated his professional, timely communication, and attention to the details.
