So I believe I'm missing the MPI control relay here, but I'm not sure? Can someone confirm this? It is the larger white plug with nothing attached to it pictured on the right side of the ECU. I'm mainly going by this pic here click

Also, can someone tell me what the other smaller plug is pictured above the larger plug?

Yup... the small one is for narrowband O2 readings.

If you need a MPI relay, I think I have one hanging in the garage.

Thanks guys. Next questions:

-Are the 1G DSM and GVR4 MPI relays the same? Meaning can I use a 1G DSM relay for my VR4?

-Also, can someone tell me if it is required that the body of the MPI relay has to be grounded? I know it is grounded through the body when it is bolted in place in its factory location, but is this required because the relay has to be grounded via the relay's metal casing, or is the case just simply doubling as a mounting bracket?

-Lastly, the MPI relay and stock fuel pump relay (not a rewired fuel pump relay) are one in the same correct?

MPI relays are interchangeable. I believe the 3/S one is different though. Just FYI.

The relay has its own ground wires. It does not necessarily need to be bolted down. If you were to take it apart, I believe you'd see that no part of the electrical components makes contact with the outer case.

I believe the MPI and fuel pump relay are the same.

One more thing... That small single spade connector you asked about? It's a great place to plug in a wideband for narrowband sim with ECMlink V3, so long as you've disconnected the stock o2 under the hood. It beats trying to cut, crimp, solder or vampire clip other wires to the ECU. I scavenged a connector from the junkyard so that when i tied mine in, it plugs in like a stock piece. Easy in, easy out.
