Synchro replacement question

I have a trans in 1848 with a bad 2nd gear synchro, and an extra trans sitting, all taken apart, in the garage. My question is- is there a place, online or otherwise, that i can buy new synchro's? Or a rebuild kit which includes them? I have so far failed to source these, and cannot fathom shipping my basket case trans off to be done, when i have the ability and knowledege to do the work myself. Any input much appreciated!
