Stock FPR pressure?

My DSMLink is defaulting to 43.5psi (2g), but isn't the Galant @ 37psi stock (1g)? Does it automatically detect the ECU it's attached to? that is to say, do I have a 2g ECU in my car and I don't even know it?

I'm trying to track down a knock issue and one of the gents over at dsmtuners pointed out that my logs indicated smaller injectors then I have installed, and in checking, I came across that FP value.

hmmmm

You are correct on the pressures. 43.5psi is an industry standard that most injectors are flow tested at. You can input whatever you are running.

Well I've confirmed that I've got a Denso 1382 FPR. I believe that's 42.7psi, same as the regulator on a 1g turbo/auto dsm.

Please, do correct me if I'm wrong...

Some quick searching looks like you have a 1G Auto FPR like you assumed. If so, then you can leave DSMLink at 43. But you might want to put a pressure gauge in there just to check it to make sure (and to make sure you aren't over-running the regulator).
