Hey everyone, I tried searching for this issue but found nothing very specific.
I am wondering if anyone running an AEM box has had issues with the speed sensor reading on the AEM. Mine is bouncing all over the place and never gives an accurate reading on the AEM log. I've been told by a friend that used to have a GVR4 that the speed signal is sent to the ECU via the cluster and the Galant cluster is totally different in the way it sends the signal compared to the 1G. He recommended I try using a 2G speed Sensoring and re-wiring.
Has anyone put a 2G speed sensor in a Galant Trans? How would the wiring work so the AEM would read the correct speed signal and of course keep the MPH on the cluster working.
Thanks in advance for any help.
