rpm up and down

Need help. 4g63 n/a. New timing belt set correctly. Replace the tps, biss. Clean the throttle and injectors. New fuel filter. Fuel pump and fpr working properly. Timing set at 10 degrees. Still the rpm is up and down and the engine will die. Any suggestions.? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif thank you.

If this is a N/A engine i would set the timing at 5degrees just because the n/a's dont have a knock sensor. check you iac, or just eliminate the fiav completly.

Its attached to the throttle body, the bottom half that is.

maybe silly question, but is you intake snorkel connected to the MAF/MAS and your throttle body?
