Replace exhaust Gaskets??? or Reuse?

I know since the metal gaskets once used get crushed they are no longer usable, or are they?

I use copper silicone everytime as well.

Some have resued with success. I see no reason to reuse specially if you are have problems as is. Replace and have no worries.

You can reuse the head to manifold and turbo to O2 no problem but the manifold to turbo only likes to be used once or twice, even more so when you don't have the fire ring. The O2 to downpipe usually lasts a couple on offs but isn't very durable from what I've seen. But if you found a leak all this goes out the window, change that SOB.

I resuse mine as long as its not brittle. On my 3000GT it wasn't seeling good so I bought a new gasket and put the new one and the old one back on Eventually I'm going to go with all vband clamps. Also check the studs for the manifold. The bottom row in the middle screws into the head right where there is a oil passage. It's common for the stud to leak slightly and it could be dropping onto your hot turbo and burnng.
