Rebuild the bottom end

Well after a night of tuning and the oil filter backed off the housing, bearings are shot! So im starting on rebuild it. i just got the motor pulled out last night.

before pulling the motor this is what my bearings looked like.

Okay so my oil filter backed off the housing and i tore the motor down. The rod bearings are shot as well as the crank bearings, i know that. But on the cylinder walls there's scoreing. where the rod is connected to the wrist pin its at one end of the rod and the other end by the oil squiters? Is this normal or does the block need to be re-honed? heres pics.

Sorry for the shitty pics my camera sucks ass. i need a digital slr.
