Radiator fill on upper coolant housing.

Hi all. Quick question for you. My stock radiator isn't ask that healthy so I've been looking into swapping it out for a scirrocco radiator. I've seen most guys on the .org here have a coolant fill on the upper housing. My question is where are you guys finding these? I've searched high and low. Thanks in advance
