Problem with wheels

i have a 1991 galant vr4 and i am having problems with the camber of the front wheels. the top of the wheels are sticking out and the bottom is in and the camber has been adjusted to pull the top in but still along way out any help would be appreciated!

First you may want to change the title of your post to "camber" problem not "wheels".

Camber on the vr4 is not adjustable from the factory. you need either camber bolts, replaces one or both of the lower strut bolts, or Camber plates, replacing the upper strut mount.

You say you tried to adjust it, what is your current camber measurement?

I'm having the same problem with mine, I was told to get camber bolts too. Plus I'm sure it needs a toe and alignment.
