Need a tuner in Portland, OR.

Horsepower freaks has some great reviews and some terrible reviews. Same goes for Portland Speed Industries (PSI) and John Reed Racing (who shares and address with PSI, it would seem)

Now I've been told flatly by the previous owner of my car that PSI should be avoided, but I like to hear all input before making my decision. The car is very well setup at this point, just looking for some tuning and a computer to finish up the non-cosmetic details.
