Lowering springs

Are H&R lowering springs the best for galants. How much does it lower it and are they durable, I was thinking of kyb agx struts all around with eibach pro springs or maybe h&r. I plan on doing track events and rallycross so let me know please.

I think H&R might actually be the only brand that currently makes gvr4 specific lowering springs. I think they lower them about an inch. If you are doing that serious of racing though you might be better of with coilovers.
