It says "With 38mm External gate" but I am assuming you mean it has an accommodation for a 38mm external gate? Is that a weld on the bottom of the runner? Can you measure the distance from the inboard side of the flange to where it would hit the head for me?

Sorry to be a pain but I have limited room under the hood.

i have no idea who made the kit... it came with the vr4 when i bought it... the PO said it was a 14b rebuild kit. from what i see online 14b and 16g rebuild kits are the same.
