I hate to do this, but after repeated attempts to PM, e-mail, and call this guy, I haven't gotten any response.
Rick last ordered a shirt from me in the fall of 2007. The shirts weren't ready in time for Christmas, but I did get them in early January 2008, and sent them out as I got payments. Rick sent me a PM on 1/15/08 saying that he'd send me some money that afternoon. To date, I haven't gotten payment or received any explanation of what happened.
I'm a pretty patient guy, but this is ridiculous. In the many shirt runs I've done, he's the only person who hasn't paid. I still have his shirt, of course, but not like I can sell it to anyone else, as, of course, it's personalized to his car.
I don't have plans to change my policy on payment only after shirts are made, but this guy sure made me think about not selling the shirts anymore.
Worth noting is that I've since done two more shirt runs, and gotten paid for all of them, since Rick's order.
I'd be happy to remove his name from this list if he'd at least reply. However, he's not on very often anymore, so it's quite possible I will never have resolution in this matter.
